Built-on-site” just means we build your shed right in your yard instead of delivering it already assembled. We bring all the materials, tools, and crew to you, and put it together right where you want it. It’s perfect if your yard has tight access or if you just prefer to see it go up piece by piece exactly where it’ll stay.
-
It helps a lot if your site is fairly level and clear of debris, rocks, or plants before we arrive. If you want to handle the prep yourself, great — just make sure it’s roughly level within a few inches. If not, no worries — we can usually take care of small adjustments or leveling during installation.

Most sheds can be built in two days, sometimes three if it’s a larger model or if we’re doing extra features like custom trim. We’ll give you a good idea of the timeline before we start so you know what to expect.
-
It depends on the size of your shed and your city’s building rules. Some areas require a permit for anything over a certain square footage, while others don’t. If you’re not sure, we can help point you in the right direction or let you know what’s usually needed in your area.
-
Yep! We deal with uneven yards all the time. A slightly unlevel site is no problem — we can level the shed during installation using blocks or other supports. If the slope is more extreme, we’ll talk it through first to figure out the best solution.
-
Yes, installation is included in the price unless we’ve agreed otherwise for something special. What you’re quoted covers the materials, labor, and setup. We keep pricing simple — no surprise add-ons.
-
Absolutely! It’s your yard and your shed — you pick the spot. We’ll just make sure there’s enough room to build and that the ground’s suitable. If you’re unsure where the best place is, we can help you figure that out too.
-
Pretty much any standard size can be built on-site — from small garden sheds up to larger storage or workshop-style sheds. If you’ve got something custom in mind, we can usually make it work as long as we’ve got room to build and meet local code requirements.
-
We don’t handle tree removal or demolition, but we can recommend someone local who does. Once your site is clear, we’ll take care of everything else from there.
